Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Oak Foods Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
