Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Ember Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
