Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Stone Transit Planning and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
