Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Glen Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
