Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
