Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Sparrow Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
