Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Oklahoma City with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
