Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 870 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
