Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Wren Energy Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
