Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Fox Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
