Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Corner Auto Group Partners and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
