Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Clear Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Louisville, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 935 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
