Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Vista Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
