Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Oak Facilities Group is a facilities company in Kansas City with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
