Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Hollow Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Kansas City region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
