Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Willow Construction Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
