Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Kansas City region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
