Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Kansas City with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
