Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Basin Foods and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
