Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Jackson with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
