Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Forge Foods and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for ingredient orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
