Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries.
