Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
