Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Mill Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
