Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Fern Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
