Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Cedar Farms is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with grower contracts.
