Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Vale Manufacturing is a Fort Worth manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for customer orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
