Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Union Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
