Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Columbus plant, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
