Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
