Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Bridge Energy Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 912 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
