Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Glen Energy is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
