Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Linden Facilities is a facilities company in Charlotte with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
