Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
