Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Boston. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Boston. What you will do • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
