Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Forge Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
