Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Bright Orchard Environmental Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for collection routes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
