Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wren Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
