Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Boise, ID)

Redstone Harbor Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Boise region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
