Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Sparrow Foods and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Boise. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
