Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Redstone Clear Transit Planning and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with accessibility audits.
