Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Birch Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
