Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Fox Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
