Senior Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Granite Manufacturing makes precision components in Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for customer orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
