Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Timber Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Wichita, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
