Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for accessibility audits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
