Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Lakeside Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites.
