Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Birch Energy Group is an energy provider in Tucson focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
