Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Clear Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Tucson region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
