Senior Operations Manager - process improvement (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak Quill Facilities is a facilities company in Tucson with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
